Living the Hero’s Journey in the Age of Change

For 25 years I’ve been telling people about the Hero’s Journey because I felt it was a really useful tool for screenwriters and novelists that could also help people as a metaphor for the little challenges we all face in life. But in the current crisis I’ve realized it was really made for drastic, world-shaking times like these.

It’s our survival manual, preserved in myths and stories. I’m excited to share with you—in this free video—my re-evaluation of the Hero’s Journey and what it tells us about the remarkable ability of humans to adjust to times of rapid change.
